Voizematic Configuration Guide

Voizematic is configured entirely from the panel: an agent's behaviour lives in its form (identity, voice, knowledge, transfer, greeting, goals and system prompt), a campaign's behaviour in its seven-tab dialog, and billing in the wallet. This page lists each option by the label you will see on screen.

How is an agent configured?

Open Agent Setup → Create Agent and either "Create New Agent" or ⋮ → "Edit Agent" on an existing card.

Core Identity

Voice Personality

Search, filter by language and gender, preview with the play icon. The source toggle switches between Voizematic voices and custom clones (cloning is a Premium/Enterprise feature). The voice is applied here, not from the Voice Library page.

Knowledge Bases

Tick the knowledge bases the agent may answer from. Sources are added under Agent Setup → Agent Knowledge → "Add Knowledge": Upload Files (PDF and documents, scanned PDFs are OCR'd), Custom Instructions (typed text), Web Content (a URL, including YouTube), or Google Sheet (live sheet data with column mapping).

Call Transfer Number

The human the agent can hand a caller to. Both direct transfer and assisted (warm) transfer — where the agent briefs the human before connecting — are available on Standard and Premium.

Intelligence Engine

Ambient Sound and Connect Tools

Optional background audio with a volume slider (10–20% recommended), and the Google tools link that shows "Connected" once Calendar, Gmail and Sheets are authorised.

Finish with "Deploy Agent" — it reads "Save Changes" when editing.

What are the agent and concurrency limits?

How are campaigns configured?

Execution → Manage Campaign → "Launch New Campaign" opens a seven-tab dialog:

  1. Details — campaign name and the agent that will dial.
  2. Contacts — pick a saved list, upload a CSV, or type contacts in. Contacts added here are saved to your account as a list named "Campaign: <name>"; existing numbers are updated, never duplicated.
  3. Knowledge — knowledge bases for this campaign.
  4. Settings — calling window (Start Time, End Time), Max Parallel Calls, Retry Policy (Retry Delay, and "Retry Only If" specific outcomes such as no answer or busy).
  5. Compliance — the DNC screen that runs before every dial.
  6. Budget — a spend cap; dialling hard-stops when it is reached.
  7. Launch — "Launch Now", "Schedule" with a Start Time, or "Save Draft".

A running campaign can be edited from its Settings tab; its DNC List tab holds numbers excluded from dialling; the Reports tab is the Call Intelligence centre (see below).

How does compliance work?

Outbound campaigns pass every number through a two-layer Do-Not-Call check against the FTC registry and state lists before dialling, and honour the calling window you set. Numbers on your Do-Not-Call list are never dialled. Callers who ask your agent not to contact them are added to your list automatically; opt-outs are per business, so they apply to your calls only. The free TCPA check tool tests a single number.

Which Call Intelligence fields exist?

Every call — inbound or outbound — is analysed into: Outcome Category, Sentiment, AI Conversion Confidence, Buying Signals, Objections, Resistance (High / Medium / Low), Goal Achieved, and suggested Actions. "Add Custom Metric" defines business-specific fields (for example "Competitor Mentioned") that the AI extracts from every call. "Export All" sends the table to Google Sheets.

How are phone numbers configured?

Agent Setup → Phone numbers. Per number: Copy, "Assign to Agent" (or "No agent (unassign)"), and "Release Phone Number". Indian numbers need the KYC form once; US and international numbers are live on purchase. Rental is ₹199 ($2) per month.

How is billing configured?

System → Wallet. Everything is pay-as-you-go from the wallet balance: call minutes, WhatsApp and Telegram messages, number rental. Voice per connected minute: Standard ₹4 ($0.05), falling to ₹3.50 ($0.045) above 10,000 monthly minutes and ₹3 ($0.04) above 100,000 — each tier applies only to the minutes inside it. Premium is a flat ₹9 ($0.11). Switch engines any time; the new rate applies to later calls. India pays by UPI or card (18% GST invoiced), international by PayPal. Calls of five seconds or less are not billed.

Where are Google, API keys and the MCP connector configured?

Gear icon (top right) → Global Settings: connect or reconnect the Google account; the API Keys tab issues vz_live_ keys for the REST API and holds the MCP connector settings. System → Agent Tools & Channels shows every channel (Voice, WhatsApp, Telegram) and tool (Google Workspace, Appointment Booking, Call Transfer, Knowledge Bases, MCP, CRM API & Webhooks) with a Manage or Set up button.
